Canadian screen actress best known for her role on Lost Girl as Bo Dennis. In 2019 she began starring on CBSs Blood & Treasure. Other credits include 2006's Earthstorm as well as 2005's The Perfect Neighbor. Silk is born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada the daughter of Peter Silk an academic and his wife Ilkay an actress director producer, playwright and educator as well as Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna's first memory is of seeing her mother work as well as attending rehearsals for plays. Silk appeared as a kid in numerous commercials. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Arts at St. Thomas University in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas has produced two early plays: Seven Menus. They have two sons named Samuel and Levi. In 2009, Bo Dennis played the primary part of a succubus on the Canadian television show Lost Girl. The character she played Bo together with Lauren as same-sex lovers on Lost Girl was named one of the series's all-time Favorite Television Couples by CNN and was named The Top TV Couple of 2013. E! Entertainment Television. Silk attracted a huge internet following because of the fan-base of their show.
