Abbie Cornish (born 7 August 1982) is an Australian actress. Cornish is best known for her film roles as Heidi in the film Somersault (2004). She also played Somersault (2004) Fanny Brawne in Bright Star (2009) Sweet Pea in Sucker Punch (2011) Lindy in Limitless (2011) Clara Murphy in RoboCop (2014) as Sarah as Sarah in Geostorm (2017) as well as for the film she co-directed with director Martin McDonagh in Seven Psychopaths (2012) and The Three Billboards outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017). Cornish has won her very first Screen Actors Guild Award in the ensemble cast for this movie. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin, who starred in Adventureland as well as The Mothman Prophecies among other films, was her father. Ann McDonough played the mother. Gilpin landed mostly TV guest roles over the years to come, but her big break came in 2013 when she was asked to play a regular on Nurse Jackie. as Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin appeared in 34 episodes of the series before Nurse Jackie was cancelled in June of 2015. In the same year Gilpin made an appearance in the thriller-mystery True Story (2015).
